Electrical projects can vary in cost depending on the complexity and scope of the project, but the $70 to $110 hourly rate is considered standard. Materials are also an important cost to consider, but that is highly project dependent.
Qualifications
Every Middleman certified electrical company has:
A Business license/registration
Technicians with journeyman or master electrician certification
Liability insurance for at least $1 Million
Over 3 years of experience
Good standing on Google and/or Facebook
Workers compensation board (WCB) membership
Job Completion time
Electricians typically complete most projects within a day, but this can depend on the complexity of the issue. Very complex projects may require multiple visits but this is not too common. Projects should be booked at least a week or two in advance unless they are urgent.
