Every Middleman certified flooring repair/installation company has:
A Business license/registration
Trained technicians
Liability insurance for at least $1 Million
Over 3 years of experience
Good standing on Google and/or Facebook
Workers compensation board (WCB) membership
Job Completion time
Technicians typically complete most projects within a week, but this can depend on the complexity of the issue. Certain materials such as carpet can be done faster than hardwood, and vinyl planks fall somewhere in between. It is advised to plan to have all furniture moved out of a room for the duration of the installation.
